We want you to love your order. That’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee — you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible, your item must be in good condition (light use/wear is fine) and returned with its original packaging. Please also provide your order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

We’ll review your request to confirm it meets our return policy.

If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Print it and attach it to your package.

Once we receive and check the item (this may take up to 24 hours), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 48 hours.

Refunds will be confirmed by email, and the funds should appear back in your original payment method within 7 working days.
