We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes approximately 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday).
The total estimated timeframe from placing your order to receiving it is 6–11 business days.
Please note: deliveries to remote islands may take up to 15 business days in total.
Shipping Fees
All orders currently ship free of charge.
Order Changes
After an order has been confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product, you may start a return once you’ve received it.
Item Not Received
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first contacting the carrier to locate your package, as it is under their responsibility once shipped.
